Emdeon is the largest clearinghouse in the country, handling over two billion transactions per year and working with over 1100 insurance carriers. Virtually all your claims can be sent through this clearinghouse for one low monthly investment. MedComp Technologies, Inc. is completing the interface to Emdeon, and updates will begin in mid-April.

NPI software updates are now completed. All your insurance claims, both paper HCFA forms and electronic claims, will contain the NPI number. You should now be using the new HCFA forms.
