Absolutely! References are available on request. Site visits may be possible depending on your location.
I’m wondering about switching data from our current system … can you perform data transfer?
Yes, MedComp Technologies can perform data transfer from most systems; depending on your current system, there may or may not be a small surcharge for this valuable service.
I’m ready to go - how quick can I be up and running?
MedComp Technologies will have you "up and running in a day", not including any data transfer. Once we receive your initial deposit, and depending on your location and our schedule, we can often set the medical billing training and install date two to four weeks in advance.
I am interested, but want more information to make my decision.

What if I need support after the install? Do you offer support contracts? Are they required?
Yes, MedComp Technologies offers them. They are very strongly recommended, but not required. MedComp Technologies also offers "pay as you go" support for your practice, if you wish.
What about hardware … I need new computers, where do I get them?
MedComp Technologies has them available for a very reasonable cost, or, you may choose to use your own source. Let us give you a proposal.
Can I use my existing printers?
Certainly - as long as it is a good quality dot-matrix or laser printer. DeskJet printers will work, but are not really designed for an office setting so we don’t recommend them.
I have a remote office – can MedComp Technologies handle this?
Yes, we have expertise and capabilities to set up remote office connections. Let’s discuss this at an initial meeting.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, through www.paypal.com only at this time. We are currently exploring different options that will allow us to accept credit card payments directly over the phone or by mail.
